Are the guides real people?
Yes — every Tomodatti guide is a real person, and the stories draw on the neighborhoods they actually know.
Can I use a purchased course on another device?
Yes. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. On a new device, open Profile → “Restore purchases”.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a purchase, access to that course ends.
Does Tomodatti work offline?
Yes — stories work offline once the course has loaded. Map tiles and some photos may need a connection.
Will more areas be added?
Yes. New Tokyo neighborhoods are on the way — tell us which area you would like next at support@tomodatti.com.
Is there audio narration?
No — Tomodatti is text and photos, so you can read at your own pace. If you would like audio, let us know at support@tomodatti.com.
